Specifically, it must be up to you to ensure that any resource listed here is a bona-fide NFP organisation. Part of the update of the site will involve certifying links where we can get more detailed of definite information.
BOOKS & WEB-BASED RESOURCES
Many people have learned NFP solely from books, but you do have to learn it for it to be effective. Inadequate training resulted in Calendar Rhythm, as practised, being far more ineffective than it could have been. We have also listed web-based resources with books, since they are based on self-tuition/self-use and do not fit a geographical approach anyway!

There are several different organisations of trained NFP teachers but
finding them can be difficult (low advertising budgets are to blame). The
methods taught, depth of class material, moral principles, and teacher training
may vary, so ask first.
In Europe, there are organisations that publish in
German, Polish, Flemish, etc. Some are subsidised by the Government, due to NFP's
cost effectiveness.

supports mother-baby and family bonding, and pro-life, Catholic, religious
and general moral values.
There are about 700 CCL volunteer Teaching Couples in the USA, and some

The Family of the Americas Foundation (FAF) has a Charting Coach for
Windows 3.1 that helps you chart and checks rules for the Ovulation Method.
There is no temperature crosscheck. It's $19.95 and you can download it as
shareware from their Web page. It assumes some familiarity with the OM.
They have NFP books in 21 languages, primarily of the Ovulation Method,
and a nice OM effectiveness table.

This organization distributes information about the dangers
of contraception, as well as promoting natural family planning and the
benefits of having children. They also publish a directory of NFP-only
